WHICH MEDIUM AND SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY IMAGE? 

We offer a wide variety of media and sizes for fine art images:  

Fine Art Paper – All of the fine art paper offered for our prints is “archival” which refers to the quality of the paper. True archival paper is made of cotton fibers and has a lifespan of more than 100 years. Prints on archival paper create beautiful, high-resolution finished artwork. Our images are offered on either smooth or watercolor fine art paper, depending (at our discretion) on which media they will look best.  We offer a "print only" or a “print with 1-inch border” option. In this case a 1-inch border is added to the image size, so an 8x10” photo will arrive 10x12” etc.; this is ideal if you want to mount and frame the image yourself. For best long-term results and to protect your image for years to come, having the image matted and framed is the best option. 

Metal Prints - High gloss metal is a beautiful choice and is a relatively new medium in fine art printing. It makes the photo come to life with high resolution and rich colors. This is our most popular media as it is ideal for nightscapes and colorful images. We highly recommend the 1/8" rounded corner option to avoid sharp, metal points. Although metal prints can be framed, we prefer a simple 1/2" float mount that holds the image slightly away from the wall, as is commonly done in art galleries.

Wrapped Canvas - Gallery-wrapped canvas is a terrific option for images with lots of bright, light areas. Many of our landscapes look lovely on canvas, which tends to soften the image a bit. For larger image sizes, canvas is lighter and easier to hang, a good thing to keep in mind as you are making your selections. 

Acrylic Prints - Acrylic prints offer that pop of color and ultra high definition that makes people stop and say "Wow!" Acrylic prints are glossy and extremely durable.  These prints are weather and water resistant and suitable for bathrooms and other humid environments. 

Sizes -We highly recommend you take advantage of our website's augmented reality (AR) option in order to see what your chosen image will look like on your own wall. Simply choose "Live Preview AR" on the product page and use any smart phone or tablet to view the art piece in various sizes in your space. This is a wonderful new feature that we am proud to offer our art community!

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

Bay Photo Lab, our fulfillment partner will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Production time is up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. North American transit times will run from 2 to 7 business days after production is completed. International shipping is not available at this time. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?  

Our experienced print partner and fulfillment expert, Bay Photo Lab, ensures that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos and contact don@majmtn.com with your order number for further instructions. Custom framing as well as the shipping and handling fees on the original order are not refundable. The shipping cost to return the purchase is the customer's responsibility. 

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. Ordinarily, all sales are final, with the exception of damaged goods. However, if you truly are unhappy with your art purchase, please contact us directly at don@majmtn.com so we can discuss the particulars of your situation.

CAN I CANCEL our ORDER?   

Please contact don@majmtn.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If the product has already gone into production (which happens quickly!) it cannot be changed.
